Secret Foods to Fast Track Burning Fat

You are probably reading this to find a quick start to your fat burning process, and hope to get a good kick-start to really make a difference in your weight loss plan.  Here are some great ways to start your weight loss off right!

Drink lots and lots of water

I know you have heard this before, but you need to flush out chemicals and preservatives that may be lurking in your stored fat reserves.  If you can do this one thing, you are going to have great success. Be sure to try to drink around 64 ounces of water a day.  You are going to need to remove any sodas from your diet too, and substitute water for all that pop.  If you need a boost, drink a cup of tea, and try to add some lemon to your water.  The point of this exercise is to remove toxins!

Use coconut oil for your cooking oil

You might need to visit a health food store to find this solid oil.  It is an easily digestible oil, and will be much better for you than any canola oil, or corn or soybean oil.  If you are gently sauteing veggies, use a great fresh herb mix, and your coconut oil to really get you a great taste.  Add a fresh tomato at the very end, and serve it with your already cooked freshly prepared protein, like chicken, salmon, tuna steak lightly seared, and stay away from any chemicals and preservatives!

Stay away, run away from whole grains

Why are they doing this to you, telling you that the whole grain effort will be the answer?  It is only making you fat!  Stop buying into this silly train of thought, and only buy breads that are fresh, made of sprouted grains, rice, spelt,millet, or quinoa.  Look for frozen happy breads that have no preservatives, and that can be quickly toasted to rock your diet!

Snack on raw fruits and nuts

You are going to need to snack-have some ready when you are hungry.  You should eat when you are hungry.  Stay away from all sugars and starches, and do not lose your way with any processed foods, chemicals or preservatives.  I need you to also only eat RAW nuts.  Not roasted, as they are chemically changed, and will not provide the positive change you require for your first few days on this method.

Keep yourself motivated, and stay positive.  Do not lose your way, and keep going.  Eat one ingredient items.  Buy your food each day at the health food store.  Eat some fruit that is in season.  Cut up veggies and eat them with a hard boiled organic egg.  Stay away from all chemicals and preservatives.

Your liver will take some time to clean out your body of all the crap and gunk, so be patient.  Learn to relax, you have finally found the solution!

Stop Smoking Today!

If you have decided that enough is enough, and you are ready to quit smoking, I am so glad to have you here!  It is a great day for you and your family!  Way to go!

The biggest UNDERSTANDING you can make as a Smoker

is to KNOW you really are a Non-Smoker

It is true!  You were at one time in your life a clean and easy going person.  Not addicted to nicotine.  You were a truly simple non-smoker.  You started out this way, and you still are a non-smoker.  Let that thought get into your head a bit. Your smoking days are really coming close to an end.  Is that a great thing or what!  Remember, your smoking days were simply days you were addicted to nicotine, you have never really been a “smoker”, just an addict.  Nicotine is easy to remove from your body, it just takes time, and will happen within 3 weeks at the very longest.  Your non-smoking status has just been on hold, start it up again!  This is your time, it is your smoking time in life that is over-you have always been a non-smoker at heart!

Do not believe the propaganda given to you by the media

Quitting smoking is easy.  Repeat that idea, quitting smoking is easy.  You have always been told that it is hard, and you hear this, and make it real for you.  Do not let this idea fester in your internal dialogue.  You are truly a great and powerful person.  You have the power to be a non-smoker once again.  You already are!

If it is so easy, why do I feel like it is so hard?

That is is chemical addiction gnawing at you.  The fact is, once you have nicotine, you never really get to enjoy nicotine.  It is a little monster that invades your every thought, and action.  If you do not stop this growing monster and let it know you are ready to end its little problems, you are never going to become yourself again.  You are a non-smoker!  Let the cravings happen!  Do not try to substitute nicotine for something  in a gum or a patch, go without your devil for a day.  You have control, you are a non-smoker, and you are not going to let nicotine win.

What can I do if I have a craving?

You are really going to have to think about this in a new way.  You are chemically addicted, and you have been told that you will be feeling this way through our culture.  If you get into the sub-conscious of your being, and you are told that you can have cravings, when in fact, you are not having the craving, the dumb nicotine is craving you!  Step on it, and do not let nicotine have your very soul.

You and Only You have the Power to Change!

You are only under a cloud of chemical dependency and addiction.  You can absorb this thought, and decide to overcome it.  Do not think for one minute that this will be hard.  If you decide that you are deeply ready, and you have made the choice to become the non-smoker that you really are, you have found true wealth.

Clutter Clutter Everywhere!

In you are constantly moving piles of paper around, and really not doing anything with the piles, it is time to really make some decisions. Here are some great reference points to keeping a correct mindset about your clutter.

If you haven’t read it yet, when are you going to read it?

Often times, we order magazines, newspapers, and other physical reading materials, only to have them collect dust.  You know, dust, that gross stuff that just sits around and comes from dander and dead skin cells?  Ick!  If you are exhausted by looking at these pile of things that you are supposed to read, and it makes you crazy to think at all the stuff you should be reading, knock it off!  You have the power to get rid of them.  Yes, no matter how much you paid for them, or you think you must read them, it is time to recycle them.  They are only going to grow.  Why not start fresh, and relieve yourself of some crazy idea that you must do this.  You do not have to, you are more important than any self-imposed belief that you have to read this or that.  If you haven’t read it yet, you are not missing anything.  Let it go!  It is going to be OK.  Do not stress yourself out!

If you have not cooked that recipe yet, chuck it

I know, you had well intended to start learning how to make peanut butter drop cookies.  Your friend gave you the recipe.  You put it in the pile, like 3 years ago.  You are never going to make those cookies.  Stop beating yourself up!  Think about it, you look at the recipe, and  you feel deflated.  You are unhappy with how you handled the cookie recipe.  You feel like a failure.   Rescue yourself!  Recycle it!  You are  more powerful than any dumb peanut butter cookie recipe.

Coupons and deal cards

You bought the deal card membership, and that was 6 years ago.  Wow, that was something you well intended on using, and the $25 membership did not get used, not once.  You can throw it away now, you have learned a valuable lesson.  Deals are not for you.  Next time the deal book or cards are being sold, walk away.  You are already aware they do not work for you!  And, for the coupons, do you really eat that kind of cereal?  Look at the expiration date, it is expired!  And, if it expires tomorrow, are you going shopping by then?  If not, it is OK to throw it away.  Who needs it!

These are just a couple of categories that you might have in your piles.  If you see them, do not think about it. Do not make it harder than it needs to be.  You are only doing this to yourself, and the clutter is making you nuts!  You feel like you are losing control, and you are!  It is causing you stress, and by letting it go, you are letting go of the stress.

Try it, you will be truly amazed at how great you will feel.

Secrets to Lose Weight-How your body will respond best

You may find that your weight loss is very difficult, and you are not seeing great results.  It is important for your weight loss success, to use a progressive plan in order to lose weight.  It will be important for you to understand your body, and how it will best burn fat.

Understand How to Burn Fat:

Keep Sugar and Starch Away:

There are no good ways to avoid this, but you will need to evolve your mindset away from sugar and starches. For many people this is the hardest part to starting a new healthy diet lifestyle.  Think about it this way, you can keep gaining weight, feeling sick and tired, forcing yourself to grow further away from your goals in life, and keep eating sugar.  Or, you can give up the sugars and starches, taste food the way it should be tasted, grow fond of fantastic nutritional foods, and feel better each day.  It is your option!

Coconut Oil is Great for Weight Loss:

You can really kick up your weight loss strategy by adding coconut oil to your diet.  It is an easily processed fat that will not bring your liver or your fat loss plan down the wrong path.  You can find your food tastes great, and you will not have any issues with burning the fat, and burn of fat that you already store.

The reason coconut oil works, is it does not cause any toxicity in your body, and will be easily digested.  Canola or other hydrogenated oils will be sure to foil your weight loss secrets.
